LVONI Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Refunds We operate a strict 30-day return policy. Returns and refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived broken or damaged.

  • You received the wrong design.

  • You received the wrong color (fulfillment error).

We do not process returns or refunds for any other reasons. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original LVONI packaging.

Exchanges Exchanges are strictly limited to a change of color for the same model.

Shipping & Courier Charges

  • Returns: The customer is strictly responsible for paying all return delivery charges to the courier when sending an item back to us, whether for a refund or an exchange.

  • Exchanges: Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved, we will pack and dispatch the new color. The customer is responsible for paying the delivery charges for this new outbound package.

Initiating a Claim Contact us via WhatsApp or at lvoniofficial@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue. If approved, we will provide specific return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will be rejected.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items We do not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind." Sale items, any kind of deal items and gift cards are final and non refundable.

Refund Processing & Inspection Timeline

  • Transit & Inspection: Return packages take 3 to 5 days to reach our warehouse. Upon arrival, all items undergo a strict 2 to 5-day inspection period.

  • Approved Returns: If the item passes inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 15 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Rejected Returns: If the item fails inspection (e.g., shows signs of wear, damage, or lacks original packaging), the refund will be denied. To recover the rejected item, the customer must pay the outbound courier delivery charges. Once the fee is paid, the item will be shipped back to the customer within 3 to 5 days.
