LVONI. Shipping Policy

This policy outlines the operational standards for all LVONI. orders to ensure a transparent and professional acquisition process.


1. Processing & Handling

Every pair undergoes a rigorous quality control sequence before leaving the studio.

  • Standard Processing: 24 hours for final inspection and secure packaging.

  • Fulfillment Days: Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be initiated the following business day.

2. Logistics & Delivery Timelines

We utilize specialized courier partners to maintain the structural integrity of our Italian Silhouette frames during transit.

  • Domestic Delivery (Pakistan): 3–5 business days following the processing period.

  • International Delivery: 10–14 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide. Please ensure the exact order total is available at the time of arrival to ensure a high-efficiency handover.

3. Tracking & Transparency

Once your order is dispatched, a unique tracking identifier (Tracking ID)will be issued via whatsapp.

  • Use this ID on our partner's digital portal for real-time updates on your shipment’s progress.

4. Order Accountability

  • Address Accuracy: LVONI is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

  • Cancellations: Orders may only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.

5. Structural Discrepancies

Every pair is built with Heavyweight Construction, but in the event of transit damage:

  • You must notify the studio within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Photographic documentation of the external packaging and the product is required to trigger a priority exchange.
